Wild-Ness Online
More Than an Educational Platform
PROGRAMME LAUNCH JUNE 2025!

Wild-Ness Health is not just another educational resource for health professionals — it’s a vibrant, supportive community led by a unique collective of healthcare practitioners, creative artists, and people with lived experience.

Together, we are reimagining what it means to take control of your health and your practice, helping you create a life rooted in purpose and connection.

At the heart of Wild-Ness is our founder, Dr. Kath Jones — an NHS GP delivering "whole-person care" in a remote Scottish Highland community. Dr. Jones brings a distinctive approach to healing, blending extensive medical expertise with specialist training in lifestyle and mind-body medicine, informed by her own personal journey through life’s challenges.

Described as a "collector of extraordinary people," Dr Jones is weaving a rich tapestry of perspectives on suffering, healing, and human connection. Since the inaugural -Ness Health retreat at Mullardoch House in Glen Cannich in January 2023, she has led nearly twenty sold-out in-person events, garnering glowing reviews, national media attention, and even NHS funding.

Now, Wild-Ness is evolving. Our vibrant offering of live webinars and on-demand content distills the essence of Dr Jones’s clinical practice and past retreats into accessible, bite-sized learning experiences. Whether you missed an event or want to revisit the insights, you’ll find inspiration here.

Alongside our digital platform, Wild-Ness continues to host seasonal wellbeing retreats. In March, we launched our first-ever conference, The Sustainable Healer, at the Inverness Creative Academy — a sold-out success. Starting in May, platform members will gain exclusive access to a series of live webinars inspired by this landmark event.

Whether you’re a health professional seeking to reignite your passion, navigating a season of change, or embracing personal transformation, Wild-Ness offers a meaningful path to personal and professional growth.
