What you'll take away
You'll leave with:
- an introduction to the 12 Habits of Whole-Person Practice
- practical approaches you can begin using immediately
- your own 12 Habits implementation toolkit
- space to identify one or two small shifts that feel meaningful and realistic in your context
- new perspectives from colleagues across different disciplines and settings
- follow-up support to help you put your learning into practice
The aim isn't to leave with another list of things you should be doing.
It's to leave noticing what you might do differently — and where even a small change could matter.
From learning to everyday practice
Learning rarely changes practice simply because we have encountered a new idea.
You'll receive your Whole-Person Care Toolkit 7 days before the event, giving you time to explore the resources before we introduce and work with them together during the day.
Afterwards, the toolkit will help you choose one or two small shifts to try in your own practice, notice what happens and adapt what you do to the realities of your work.
Your place also includes follow-up support one month after the event, creating space to reflect on what you've tried, what you've noticed and what you might do next.
Who is it for?
The 12 Habits is designed for health professionals from across disciplines and settings who are interested in whole-person practice and in finding practical ways to work with complexity.
You don't need previous experience of Wild-Ness Health or any particular model of whole-person care.
Come with curiosity, your experience of everyday practice and a willingness to explore things together.
