WILD-NESS HEALTH

The 12 Habits of Whole-Person Practice

Small shifts in how we work can change what becomes possible.

LIVE ONLINE IMMERSIVE WORKSHOP FOR HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

Live online immersive learning experience for health professionals

Explore The 12 Habits of Whole-Person Practice through practical activities, reflection and open, honest dialogue in a small, facilitated interdisciplinary group,
then take the learning back into everyday practice with your Whole-Person Care Toolkit and follow-up support.

Why The 12 Habits?

Modern healthcare asks a great deal of health professionals.

Alongside the knowledge and technical expertise needed to deliver safe and effective care, we increasingly need the practical wisdom and relational skills to work with complexity, uncertainty and the realities of people's everyday lives.

The 12 Habits of Whole-Person Practice is a live online immersive learning experience exploring the everyday habits that can help us create the conditions for better conversations, greater agency and meaningful change.

Working in small, facilitated interdisciplinary groups, you'll have space to reflect on everyday practice, learn from different perspectives and explore what you might do differently.

Scientifically rigorous. Deeply human. Grounded in everyday practice.

What to expect

This is not a webinar or a day of sitting through presentations.

Through conversation, reflection, practical exercises and small-group learning, we'll explore 12 habits that can help us notice what is happening, make sense of complexity and respond differently in everyday practice.

You'll spend much of the day in a small, facilitated interdisciplinary group, creating space for open, honest dialogue and learning from different perspectives.

The emphasis is not on adding more to already demanding workloads. Instead, we'll explore small shifts in how we listen, communicate and work with people — and what those shifts might make possible.

You'll leave with ideas to try in your own context, supported by the Whole-Person Care Toolkit and follow-up support after the event.

What you'll take away

You'll leave with:

   - an introduction to the 12 Habits of Whole-Person Practice
   - practical approaches you can begin using immediately
   - your own 12 Habits implementation toolkit
   - space to identify one or two small shifts that feel meaningful and realistic in your context
   - new perspectives from colleagues across different disciplines and settings
   - follow-up support to help you put your learning into practice

The aim isn't to leave with another list of things you should be doing.

It's to leave noticing what you might do differently — and where even a small change could matter.

From learning to everyday practice

Learning rarely changes practice simply because we have encountered a new idea.

You'll receive your Whole-Person Care Toolkit 7 days before the event, giving you time to explore the resources before we introduce and work with them together during the day.

Afterwards, the toolkit will help you choose one or two small shifts to try in your own practice, notice what happens and adapt what you do to the realities of your work.

Your place also includes follow-up support one month after the event, creating space to reflect on what you've tried, what you've noticed and what you might do next.

Who is it for?

The 12 Habits is designed for health professionals from across disciplines and settings who are interested in whole-person practice and in finding practical ways to work with complexity.

You don't need previous experience of Wild-Ness Health or any particular model of whole-person care.

Come with curiosity, your experience of everyday practice and a willingness to explore things together.
