Autumn - Letting Go & Creating Space
7 Lessons
If you’re craving a kinder rhythm to practise in—one that strengthens care and the people who give it—this is for you.
We move with the seasons, taking small, doable steps that add up.
How it works
Learning Materials: a reflective workbook + practical tools released on the first day of each season.
Live Meetings: One live evening per season (Weds, 7:30–9:45pm via Zoom, not recorded), co-hosted by Dr Kath Jones and Dr Jo Hacking. Dates: 12th November · 11th February · 20th May · 23rd September ~2–3 hours/month; trackable CPD.
What you’ll explore
Autumn: letting go & awareness — notice what drains, keep what helps; one tiny change to lighten the load.
Winter: transformation & compassion — nervous-system steadiness, boundaries, and kinder ways to respond.
Spring: creativity & reimagining — clearer explanations, new approaches to complexity, small tests of change.
Summer: celebration & sustaining — harvest what worked, share it, and plan how to keep it going.
What you’ll leave with
A set of simple, evidence-based tools you can use tomorrow. Greater ease in offering right-sized, whole-person care (less firefighting, more meaning). A supportive community of practice and renewed confidence in your work.
Who it’s for
GPs, nurses, AHPs, pharmacists, psychologists, social prescribers, third-sector practitioners, coaches, educators, trainees and students—inside or outside the NHS.
