If you’re craving a kinder rhythm to practise in—one that strengthens care and the people who give it—this is for you. We move with the seasons, taking small, doable steps that add up.
How it works
- Seasonal resource packs: a reflective workbook + practical tools released on the first day of each season.
- Seven live evenings on Zoom (Weds, 7:30–8:45pm, not recorded).
- Monthly study groups (4–5 colleagues) arranged by participants for support and accountability.
- ~2–3 hours/month; trackable CPD.
What you’ll explore
Autumn: letting go & awareness — notice what drains, keep what helps; one tiny change to lighten the load.
Winter: transformation & compassion — nervous-system steadiness, boundaries, and kinder ways to respond.
Spring: creativity & reimagining — clearer explanations, new approaches to complexity, small tests of change.
Summer: celebration & sustaining — harvest what worked, share it, and plan how to keep it going.
What you’ll leave with
A set of simple, evidence-based tools you can use tomorrow.
Greater ease in offering right-sized, whole-person care (less firefighting, more meaning).
A supportive community of practice and renewed confidence in your work.
Who it’s for
GPs, nurses, AHPs, pharmacists, psychologists, social prescribers, third-sector practitioners, coaches, educators, trainees and students—inside or outside the NHS.
