Kath is a GP based in Alness, a remote Highland community, where she weaves lifestyle and mind-body medicine into her NHS consultations. Inspired by this transformative approach, she founded Wild-Ness Health in 2022 — a unique collective of health professionals, creative artists, and people with lived experience. Together, they deliver an eclectic range of CPD and wellbeing events for health professionals, earning glowing feedback, national media coverage, and even NHS funding.
Jo worked as a Consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine until 2022. Her personal experience of recovery from burnout and mental illness using psychotherapy, coaching and nature connection, underpin Jo’s work as a Transformational Coach and retreat facilitator. Jo is an advocate for creating cultural change and increasing opportunities to support the benefits of nature connection for wellbeing.
This interactive three-week online course equips health professionals with a practical, evidence-based six-step framework to transform consultations with people experiencing persistent physical symptoms.
